Warning About SW Edmonton Home Values

Especially if you are thinking about building or buying a home in southwest Edmonton. I had the opportunity to speak to someone in the know who indicated to me that over the next five years, there's only going to be between 300 to 400 new lots available to be built on in southwest Edmonton, in communities like Windermere, Keswick, Glenridding Ravine, Glenridding Heights, Chappelle Gardens, and Upper Windermere.

Now, as we all know, the law of supply and demand always applies. And if there's only going to be that many more lots over the next five years, you can expect that the demand is going to outstrip the supply which means we're going to see valuations rise in southwest Edmonton.

So if you're thinking about building or buying a home in southwest, anytime in the near future, you're going to want to do it now before prices get out of hand and especially in the new home market, but you know that as soon as the new market prices skyrocket is going to drag the resale market along with it.

So if you're thinking about buying a home in southwest Edmonton anytime in the near future, call me today you need to buy before prices get out of hand.
