Team Leading Edge is at it again!
We're kickstarting October with our REALTOR VS FSBO segment. Check out this October version.
REALTOR: As a seller, you will earn more profit when you use the services of a Realtor.
FSBO: There is no commission to be paid.
REALTOR: MLS access is one of the best tools a Realtor use to get your home exposed to hundreds and thousands of buyers.
FSBO: Regular folks cannot post for sale properties on the MLS. They will have to make use of real estate portals.
PERIOD OF SALE
REALTOR: An Edmonton Realtor works 24/7 in trying to sell your home and dedicates considerable amount of time to hose open houses and provide walk-throughs.
FSBO: Most owners have office work so the time they allot in selling the property is constrained.
REALTOR: A Realtor will function as the offcial intermediary of the seller to other interested parties in the sale and will do most of the bargaining work between buyer's agents, escrow, etc.
FSBO: The Owner does single aspect of the sale.
REALTOR: A Realtor is trained and educated with the legal dynamics of the sale.
FSBO: Buyers have limited knowledge on the rules and regulations concerning the sale of the home.
