FSBO: Regular folks cannot post for sale properties on the MLS. They will have to make use of real estate portals.

PERIOD OF SALE

REALTOR: An Edmonton Realtor works 24/7 in trying to sell your home and dedicates considerable amount of time to hose open houses and provide walk-throughs.

FSBO: Most owners have office work so the time they allot in selling the property is constrained.

FSBO: Buyers have limited knowledge on the rules and regulations concerning the sale of the home.
