New Listings: 361
Average List Price: $297,800
Average Sale Price: $288,454
Average Sale Price / Sq Ft: $274.57
Average Days on Market: 36
Total Sales: 129
New Listings jumped 62.61%, creating an additional 139 new properties. This generates more competition on the side of the Edmonton home sellers and strengthens the position of the Buyer's Market Cycle. Average List Price increased to 11.39% giving the sellers $30,464 more money to earn than the previous week. Average Sale Price was up 13.27% while Average Sale Price / Sq Ft was at the negative territory, plunging -4.24%.
Average Days on Market was down -40.98% signaling an increase in the buying appetite of Edmontonians and investors. Total Sales was lackluster, dropping -17 points.
